PIZZA TIME
Instructions for your Grizzly Pizza Kit 🍕
We recommend using your dough the day you receive it
THINGS YOU WILL NEED
Baking paper
Pizza stone (ideally, but a thick oven tray will do)
Flour for dusting
A clean work surface
An hour before you want to eat you’re gonna need to do 2 things:
Take your pizza dough container out of the fridge. This will let it come to room temp, making it easier to shape
If you have a pizza stone (or tray), place it in the oven now and turn your oven on as high as it goes on fan bake. All the way up. So high that for the next hour while it’s preheating, you’re gonna smell all the cake batters and roast drippings that you didn’t clean off the bottom of the oven for the last year, but that’s on you.
